Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily construction site activities, ensuring work is performed according to plans and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate on-site labor, including skilled trades and general laborers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and site-specific safety plans.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure quality standards are met and identify any deviations from the plan.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Superintendents on material deliveries, equipment needs, and scheduling.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring proper storage of materials and equipment.
• Report daily progress, any issues encountered, and personnel matters to site management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
