Placements24 is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead on-site operations in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. This hands-on role requires supervising daily activities, coordinating trades, and enforcing safety and quality standards to deliver commercial renovation projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication abilities, and the capacity to interpret blueprints.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or supervisor.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations on site.
• Experience with commercial renovation projects preferred.
• Must reside in or be willing to commute to Mossel Bay, Western Cape.
• Valid driver's license required.

About the Role

Our client, a reputable construction company known for its expertise in commercial renovations, is seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Foreman to lead their projects in Mossel Bay, Western Cape .
