Placements24 is recruiting a Construction Foreman for a leading contractor in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will supervise day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of commercial fit-outs.

The role requires a proven supervisory background, strong knowledge of construction methods and health and safety regulations, and the ability to read drawings. A trade qualification and valid driver’s license are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods and materials.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.
• Experience in Mossel Bay area is beneficial.
• A trade qualification or relevant certification is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

About the Role

This role is critical for supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
