About the Role

Our client, a reputable contractor undertaking significant civil engineering projects, is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Site Foreman to lead their site teams in Centurion, Gauteng . This hands-on role is responsible for the direct supervision of daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in civil construction, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of site operations. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of construction crews on civil works sites.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Enforce strict health and safety regulations on site, conducting regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
• Manage site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity.
