Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar supervisory role in residential construction.
• Strong practical knowledge of building methods, materials, and finishes for residential properties.
• Experience in Pretoria or Gauteng region.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
