Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Construction Contracts Manager to lead negotiation, drafting, and administration of construction agreements in a fully remote setup. You will collaborate with project management, legal, and finance to safeguard the company's interests and drive compliant, risk-mitigated project execution.

The role requires a law/contract background with 7+ years in construction contracts, deep FIDIC knowledge, and exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction contract management or administration.
• In-depth knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of construction contracts.
• Strong understanding of construction law, commercial terms, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex contractual portfolios in a remote environment.

• Negotiate, draft, and review construction contracts, including prime contracts, subcontracts, and consultant agreements.
• Manage tender and procurement processes, ensuring all contractual requirements are met.
