Placements24 is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our fully remote legal team. You will oversee the contract lifecycle from drafting and negotiation to execution, working closely with sales, procurement, and legal departments to protect the company’s interests.

The ideal candidate has a law-related degree, at least five years in contract management, and a strong grasp of contract law and negotiation. This role offers remote flexibility and exposure to diverse commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including service agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.

• Liaise with legal counsel and other departments to ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor contract performance and enforce terms and conditions.
• Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join their fully remote legal team. This role is integral to ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, risks are managed effectively, and the company benefits maximally from its agreements. You will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and close-out, working collaboratively with sales, procurement, and legal departments. Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring all contracts are properly documented, stored, and tracked.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, advising business stakeholders on potential issues.
• Liaise with legal counsel and other departments to ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
• Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field; relevant legal qualification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, legal, or a related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation principles.
• Proficiency with contract management software and standard office applications.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
