Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Construction Civil Engineer to join our team in East London. The role oversees planning, execution, and completion of civil construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

You will manage on-site operations and coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients in a hybrid capacity. The candidate will have a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with at least 6 years in project management, strong leadership, and knowledge of

About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Construction Civil Engineer to join their team in East London. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of civil construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for managing on-site operations, coordinating resources, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards. Working in a hybrid capacity, you will liaunt closely with design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery within the Eastern Cape region, with a specific focus on projects in and around East London.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil construction activities on-site, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Develop and implement project schedules, coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, managing inventory and supplier relationships.
