Job summary

You will drive consolidation, journals, inter‑company eliminations, and provide expert guidance on technical accounting issues while continuously improving reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant designation required.
• Experience in financial consolidation and reporting.
• Strong IFRS and Companies Act knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidation and IFRS reporting under OML group.
• Analyse financial performance of segments and provide insightful commentary.
• Manage inter-company eliminations and consolidation journals.
• Prepare and review annual and interim financial statements for the Group.
• Lead external reporting processes and disclosures (SENS, notes).
• Support improvements and governance within Group Financial Control.
