Keen, a new to market interior design brand, is hiring an Interior Designer & Sales Coordinator in Cape Town. You will blend sales, customer success, and interior design to deliver a premium, concierge-style experience.

As a founding team member you’ll shape processes, trends, and insights to grow the business. You’ll manage customer journeys across video consultations, email, chat, and other channels, guide design decisions, and nurture long-term relationships with consumers and trade partners

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales, Customer Experience, or related roles.
• Proven success in consultative sales and closing deals.
• Experience managing premium relationships (B2C/B2B).
• Comfort with video consultations and virtual appointments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with CRM and AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on product selection and purchasing decisions.
• Deliver experiences via video, email, chat, and SMS.
• Guide customers through the sales journey and close enquiries.
• Build long-term relationships with consumers and businesses.
• Support trade professionals and strategic partners.
• Provide concierge-style customer service end-to-end.
• Assist with product information, installation guidance, and support.
• Identify upsell opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Collaborate with AI tools to improve efficiency.
