Job summary

RecruitMyMom is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for interior design in Cape Town. You will own client relationships, drive project lifecycle from survey to handover, and partner with designers to deliver award-winning spaces.

Ideal candidates bring strong planning, budgeting and negotiation skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client expectations in fast-paced environments. This role requires a hands-on approach to site visits, quality checks, and timely invoicing

Qualifications

• Experience in managing client relationships for interior design or similar sectors.
• Ability to coordinate budgets and finalize space plans with designers.
• Proven skill in leading multidisciplinary teams and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for clients and manage expectations.
• Drive revenue by managing project life cycles from survey to handover.
• Lead cross-functional teams and chair weekly internal/site meetings.
• Ensure timely invoicing, pricing accuracy and debt management with accounts.
• Oversee site visits, snag resolution, and handover documentation.
