Job summary

AGC Mining Recruitment Pty Ltd is sourcing a Package Lead Concentrator for a major EPC project to design, integrate and deliver the concentrator package from detailed engineering through to commissioning on site.

You will work with EPC contractors, engineering consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery, maintain schedule and budget, and lead safety and commissioning readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mineral Processing/Metallurgy/Ceramic Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong track record in EPC/EPCM delivery environments for concentrator plants or major processing infrastructure.
• 5+ years in project/package management, project engineering, or construction management roles.

Responsibilities

• Own concentrator work package from detailed engineering through handover on a large-scale EPC project.
• Interface between client, EPC contractor, and consultants on all concentrator aspects.
• Monitor schedule, budget, scope, quality, and risks; align with project objectives.
• Coordinate design reviews, procurement timelines, and construction milestones.
• Review technical deliverables for compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Maintain safety leadership and ensure contractor adherence to all HSE requirements.
• Support commissioning planning and readiness for testing and validation.
