Job summary

Teleperformance seeks a Compliance Specialist to ensure effective delivery of standards and processes across stakeholders. You will support onboarding of new business, monitor early life performance and sign-off during warranty periods before BAU handover to Operations.

Key responsibilities include stakeholder reporting, root-cause analysis, and ensuring alignment with global standards while managing risk and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 with 1-2 years in compliance analysis.
• BFSI/financial background preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Interact with executive stakeholders and report deployment results.
• Lead root-cause analyses and recovery planning.
• Conduct audits of practices and assess effectiveness.
• Support onboarding and early-life deployment.
• Align deployment with global standards in-life support.
• Exercise independent judgement while aligning with customers.
