Job summary

Boutique Family Wealth Practice in Johannesburg is seeking a Compliance & Operations Analyst to strengthen compliance execution and automate workflows using AI. The role reports to the Head of Compliance and Operations and is not administrative in nature.

You will help build AI-assisted monitoring tools, dashboards, and streamlined processes to improve efficiency across the business.

Qualifications

• BCom degree – Honours completed or in progress preferred.
• Financial Planning or BCom Law advantageous.
• Approximately three to five years’ experience in financial‑services compliance, operations or workflow management.
• Working knowledge of FAIS, FICA, POPIA and Treating Customers Fairly.
• Experience improving business processes through technology or automation.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• AI and automation experience highly advantageous.
