Placements24 seeks a meticulous Compliance Officer to join our team, primarily focused on Centurion operations with a remote-first approach. You will design and monitor programs to ensure adherence to FAIS, FICA, POPIA, and other SA regulatory requirements, while guiding staff across the organization.

In this role you will conduct risk assessments, lead training initiatives, and coordinate with regulators and auditors to uphold the company's integrity in a fast-changing financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of South African financial regulations and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
