Job summary

Sanlam is seeking a Compliance Administrator to support the Internal Governance Officer with AML/CFT, FICA, POPIA and related governance duties. The role covers record keeping, compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting and documentation management within the SRA framework.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in a similar role in financial services, with strong MS Office skills and a Grade 12 or relevant qualification in governance or risk management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a similar compliance/ governance role within financial services.
• Experience with regulatory reporting, risk management and audit support.
• Knowledge of FICA, LTIA, PPR, POPIA and related legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and governance support to the Internal Governance Officer.
• Maintain document records and support AML/CFT/CPF record keeping.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and risk governance data
• Support outsourcing registers and monitoring activities
• Assist with audits, regulatory inspections and governance forums
