Job summary

Hire Feed is seeking a Compliance Attorney to provide legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions, focusing on emerging technology sectors. The role is full-time and involves developing compliance programs.

You will draft and review policies, assess risk, and advise on data protection and privacy laws. Collaboration with internal teams will ensure adherence to federal, state, and international regulations for technology-driven operations.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school with a focus on compliance, corporate law, or regulatory affairs.
• Active membership in a state bar association, with at least 3 years of experience in compliance-related legal roles.
• Deep knowledge of data privacy laws, such as GDPR, CCPA, or other relevant regulations.
• Experience drafting and negotiating compliance policies, contracts, and legal documentation.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex regulatory texts and apply them to business operations.
