Job summary

Quik Hire Staffing is recruiting a General Counsel to join a fast‑growing AI and gig‑economy technology platform on a full‑time basis. You will provide legal guidance, oversee governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance for a global workforce.

You will draft and negotiate tech partnerships and vendor contracts, advise senior leadership on legal risks, manage cross‑border matters, data privacy, IP, and employment regulations across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with 7+ years in corporate/tech law.
• Expert in contract negotiation, commercial law, and regulatory compliance for digital platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA) and AI regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
