Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Administer medication as prescribed by a healthcare professional
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate parties
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
