Qualifications

Proven experience in designing and delivering sports or recreational programmes.
Strong knowledge of various sports and recreational activities.
Excellent programme development, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement a wide range of sports and recreational programmes for diverse age groups and abilities.
Conduct needs assessments within the community to identify gaps and opportunities for new programmes.
Plan programme logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, and resource allocation.
Develop programme content, training methodologies, and engagement strategies.
Manage programme budgets, including tracking expenses and seeking funding opportunities.
Promote programmes effectively to target audiences through various communication channels.
Recruit, train, and manage programme facilitators, coaches, and volunteers.
Monitor programme delivery, gather feedback, and evaluate outcomes to ensure quality and impact.
Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, sports clubs, and community organizations.
Ensure all programmes adhere to health, safety, and safeguarding standards.
