Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join their Richards Bay team. You will provide case management, counseling, and resource navigation to support individuals and families in KwaZulu-Natal, advocating for client rights and facilitating access to services.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, developing service plans, and documenting progress within a multidisciplinary team, with travel within the service area as needed. A valid practicing certificate is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management and direct client services.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, including psychosocial, economic, and health-related factors.
