Placements24 seeks a proactive Community Relations Officer to foster positive relationships between mining operations in Soweto and surrounding communities. You will develop and implement engagement strategies, address concerns, and promote socio-economic development.

You will serve as the main contact for community members and leaders, manage grievances, and monitor sentiment for reporting to management. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Development Studies, or related field.
• 3–5 years in community relations or CSR, mining preferred.
