Placements24 is seeking a passionate Community Engagement Specialist to join our Soweto team in a hybrid capacity. You will build relationships with local communities, leaders, and organizations to advance social impact across Gauteng.

As part of a collaborative team, you will develop and implement engagement programs, organize events, and monitor outcomes to ensure meaningful community benefits and transparent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in community engagement, outreach, or related role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport and work with diverse community groups.
• Experience in program coordination and event management.
