Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or in a recreational setting.
• Passion for organizing and leading group activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage groups effectively and ensure safety.
• First Aid or CPR certification is an asset.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and school holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver engaging recreational activities and programs for diverse age groups.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all program participants.
• Facilitate group games, arts and crafts, sports, and other recreational pursuits.
• Supervise participants, ensuring their well-being and adherence to program rules.
• Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and program coordinators.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling program equipment and materials.
