Qualifications

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse cultural, social, and economic groups.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Experience in data collection and impact assessment.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing social inclusion for various community groups.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify barriers to participation and develop targeted solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and group discussions to promote understanding and collaboration.
• Connect individuals with relevant social services, employment opportunities, and educational programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, NGOs, and government agencies.
• Develop outreach strategies to engage hard-to-reach populations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of inclusion programs, providing reports on outcomes.
• Advocate for policies and practices that support social inclusion and equity.
• Provide support and guidance to individuals seeking to integrate into community life.
• Promote awareness and understanding of diversity and inclusion within the broader community.
