Qualifications

• Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community engagement, social inclusion, or diversity programs.
• Strong understanding of inclusion principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse community populations in East London.
• Experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
