Job summary

Placements24 in Mbombela (Nelspruit) is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to assist individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate in their community.

You will help with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, and accompany clients to appointments while documenting care and collaborating with families and the support team to promote dignity and rights.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and feeding.
