Placements24 is seeking a proactive Community Health Navigator for our Mahikeng, North West office. You will connect individuals and families with essential healthcare services, navigate appointments and referrals, and build trusted relationships across the community.

The role emphasizes outreach, education on preventive health, and collaboration with healthcare providers to improve local health outcomes. A relevant diploma/degree and travel within Mahikeng are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a community health or public health role.
• Strong understanding of the North West healthcare landscape.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Mahikeng area.

Responsibilities
