Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community outreach strategies to increase program awareness and participation.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and beneficiaries.

• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, and management for local initiatives.
• Gather feedback from communities to inform program design and delivery, ensuring relevance and impact.
• Develop and distribute communication materials tailored to different community groups.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement activities.
• Liaise with internal program teams to ensure seamless integration of community feedback and participation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Sociology, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community engagement, outreach, or program coordination, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Demonstrated experience in building rapport and trust with diverse community groups.
• Excellent virtual facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
