Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in non-profit or community development.
• Experience managing social impact projects, educational programs, or community initiatives.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site within the Benoni community and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of community development projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and work plans aligned with goals and community needs.
• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for efficient fund use.
• Coordinate with community leaders, volunteers, and partner organizations for success.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress, collect data, and report to stakeholders and donors.
