Qualifications

• Proven experience in community engagement, outreach, or a related role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Strong understanding of community dynamics and development principles.
• Proficiency in event planning and management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Benoni and Gauteng stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the region and work outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies.
• Organize and facilitate community meetings, workshops, and events.
