Qualifications

• Master's degree in community development, public administration, social sciences, or related field.
• Substantial experience in program management within non-profit or community development sector.
• Proven track record of program implementation and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Excellent financial management and budgeting capabilities.
• Familiarity with Sandton and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage strategic plans for community development programs.
• Oversee program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and responsible financial management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, NGOs, government agencies, and funders.
• Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and provide regular reports on progress and impact.
