Emeris Sandton Vega School Campus has a vacancy for a Lecturer in the following module:

• Communication Design Technology

Key Performance Areas :

• Prepare for lectures based on provided content.
• Supplement content with own expertise.
• Deliver assigned modules to the stated outcomes and contracted hours.
• Mark student assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Support student academic success by implementing workshops where needed.
• Perform academic admin, such as capturing assessment marks and reporting on student success.
• Provide content feedback.
• Engage with professional development opportunities and attend initial training sessions.

Minimum Qualification Requirements :

• Ideal: NQF Level 8 Qualification in any visual design field with Adobe Creative Cloud software skills.
• Full Technical Waiver Applies. Professional Portfolio to illustrate expertise in Adobe Software, especially Illustrator and Photoshop

Minimum Work Experience Requirements :

• Relevant experience in lecturing or facilitating learning at tertiary level, complemented by practical industry experience.
• Candidates should demonstrate the ability to bridge academic theory and professional practice, incorporating current industry trends, applied knowledge, and real-world examples into teaching, learning, and assessment.
