Placements24 is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for a flagship store in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional in-store experience, advising customers on luxury goods, and driving premium product sales.

You will be an expert on the product range and provide personalized assistance to clientele on the shop floor. You will greet customers, understand preferences, keep displays pristine, process sales accurately, and build a loyal client base through follow-up.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium goods.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for high-quality products and fashion/lifestyle trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail certifications are a plus.
