Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in luxury or premium brands.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and POS systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hybrid role, including weekends/public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional, personalized service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products with knowledge of the range.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising, stock rotation, and cleanliness.

• Assist with inventory management, stock receiving, replenishment, and stocktakes.
