Wasatch Commercial Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our commercial properties. You will work with the property management team to keep environments safe, clean, and efficient for tenants and visitors.

The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the property management industry with responsibilities spanning repairs, inspections, and vendor coordination. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial property maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni
