Job summary

Kura is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support our growing South Africa operation. You will partner with operational and commercial leaders, turning numbers into decisions to help plan, price and perform. This hands-on role sits close to the operation, not just the ledger.

As part of the team, you will own budgeting, monthly reporting and variance analysis, model commercial aspects of client contracts, and provide actionable insights to non-finance leaders. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in FP&A or business partnering, preferably in a service or BPO environment.
• Proficient with Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Comfortable working with operational leaders, not just finance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the operation to drive performance and sound commercial decisions.
• Plan and forecast with operational and account leaders.
• Own budgeting, monthly reporting and variance analysis for your area.
• Model the commercials behind new and existing client contracts.
• Turn financial data into clear, actionable insight for non-finance leaders.
• Support pricing, resource planning and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen controls, governance and month-end processes.
