Job summary

Kura is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support our growing South Africa operation. You will partner with operational and commercial leaders, turning numbers into decisions to help plan, price and perform. This hands-on role sits close to the operation, not just the ledger.

As part of the team, you will own budgeting, monthly reporting and variance analysis, model commercial aspects of client contracts, and provide actionable insights to non-finance leaders. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in FP&A or business partnering, preferably in a service or BPO environment.
• Proficient with Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Comfortable working with operational leaders, not just finance.

What we are looking for

A commercially-minded finance professional who likes being close to the business.

• Qualified accountant (CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience in FP&A or business partnering, ideally in a service or BPO environment
• Confident building models and explaining them simply
• Strong Excel and BI skills (Power BI a plus)
• Comfortable working with operational leaders, not just finance
