Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial banking with business development and relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending, credit analysis and risk assessment.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and client service skills.
