Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking an Asset Manager to drive performance across a portfolio of commercial property assets in South Africa. You will shape asset management strategies, monitor financial metrics, and work with property management, leasing, and finance teams to maximise long-term value.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimise the performance of a portfolio of commercial property assets.
Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximise returns and long-term value.
Monitor portfolio performance, budgets, forecasts, and key financial metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and profitability.
Work closely with property management, leasing, finance, and other stakeholders.
Analyse market trends, property performance, and investment opportunities.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, valuations, and strategic planning.
Prepare and present portfolio reports and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
