Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking an Asset Manager to drive performance across a portfolio of commercial property assets in South Africa. You will shape asset management strategies, monitor financial metrics, and work with property management, leasing, and finance teams to maximise long-term value.

The role requires 3-5 years in asset management with a strong financial acumen and solid understanding of property performance and valuations.
