Requirements

• Extensive experience within collections, banking or financial services.
• Strong practical knowledge of collections operations and payment processes.
• Experience with Debit Orders, DebiCheck, Mandate Management and Payment Collections.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or technology delivery initiatives.
• Strong understanding of customer communication and collections processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Ability to translate business processes into clear requirements and solution inputs.
