Job summary

You will work with Finance, Risk, and Product to translate data into actionable initiatives, drive process improvements, and monitor key results against budgets and targets.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Experience applying statistical methods to business problems and decision making.
• Solid understanding of data analysis best practices and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver periodic and ad hoc reports to support Collections and senior management.
• Develop analyses, business cases, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Analyze portfolio performance and customer behavior to optimize collections strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and identify drivers behind performance and risk trends.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data & Analytics, Product, Risk, and other stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Support in implementing end-to-end collections initiatives across channels.
