Key Responsibilities

• Define, review, and improve business analysis and process engineering methodologies, standards, and artefacts.
• Develop and maintain a repository of best practices aligned with industry benchmarks.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and benchmarking to inform process improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent application of business analysis techniques.
• Drive data-driven decision-making through analytics and insights.
• Lead system integration initiatives using diverse technologies.
• Develop and maintain advanced reporting solutions.
