Business System Analyst (Senior_Intermediate)

We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team and drive business value through technology-enabled solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, designing innovative system solutions, and supporting the delivery of strategic business initiatives.

This role bridges the gap between business and technology, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective system solutions. The incumbent will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, data specialists, and project teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and customer-centric solutions. The role will also leverage emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, analytics, and digital capabilities, to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Investigate and analyze business processes, systems, data flows, and operational requirements.

Experience, knowledge & qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics, Business Analysis, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Business Analysis certification or diploma will be advantageous.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, Data Analytics, or AI-related certifications will be advantageous for senior appointments.
• Gemstone platform experience required.
• 4 to 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience working with integrated business systems and technology solutions.
• Experience within financial services, investments, or a related industry would be advantageous.
• 8+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Proven experience leading complex business analysis and transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering digital transformation, automation, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions.

Business Analysis

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and SQL.

• Understanding of UML, BPMN, and business process modeling techniques.
