Job summary

Greys Recruitment represents a client in the Tzaneen area seeking a Code 10 Driver to operate Code 10 vehicles for the transportation and delivery of goods while ensuring compliance with road traffic laws and safety standards. The role requires a valid SA Code 10 licence with PDP/PrDP and 2–3 years of relevant driving experience.

Offered work is full-time in Limpopo with options for flexible hours, including weekends. Physically fit candidates able to assist with loading/offloading are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid SA Code 10 (C1) licence with PDP/PrDP.
• 2–3 years of driving experience.
• Good knowledge of South African roads and routes.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/overtime.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading/offloading.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Code 10 vehicles, including trucks and other heavy vehicles.
• Deliver and collect goods according to scheduled routes.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report mechanical defects.
• Ensure goods are loaded, secured, transported, and offloaded safely.
• Complete delivery notes, trip sheets, and other required documentation.
• Comply with the Road Traffic Act, company policies, and health and safety procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the vehicle.
• Provide professional service to customers and clients.
• Report accidents, incidents, delays, or vehicle breakdowns promptly.
