Placements24 is seeking a hands-on General Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day business operations in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will lead multiple operational departments, drive productivity, and ensure high standards of service delivery.

You will manage staff, optimize workflows, and implement improvements that reduce costs and boost profitability, while maintaining a safe, compliant workplace in this coastal region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and operational management principles.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
