Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of the logistics team, ensuring operational efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the logistics department.
• Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Train and mentor new team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Manage operational budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities within the logistics function.
