Job summary

Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd in Germiston, Gauteng, South Africa is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our precision manufacturing client.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years' experience with Fanuc controls, can write programs from drawings, and is proficient in turning and milling, including castings. Mazak experience and CAD/CAM tools such as AutoCAD, Mastercam or SolidWorks are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator experience.
• Proven experience with Fanuc controls is essential.
• Able to write CNC programs from technical drawings.
• Experience machining castings is essential.
• Proficient in turning and milling on CNC machines.
• Strong understanding of threads, profiles, grooves and general machining.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Mazak machines/controls is advantageous.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Mastercam, and/or SolidWorks is advantageous.
