Dana Spicer Axle South Africa (Pty) Ltd is seeking three CNC Heller Operators to efficiently operate Ziess machines, set up and adjust tooling, and ensure layouts are followed with safety and quality in mind.

The role requires 3+ years CNC control experience in a technical manufacturing environment, a minimum 1.7 m height, and a self-driven approach to work under supervision. Shortlisted candidates will face a technical test.

Formación

• N2 in Electrical/Mechanical is a minimum requirement.
• Matric with Maths/Science/Technical subjects is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years CNC machine control experience.
• 3 years in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Minimum height of 1.7 m; physically fit for duty.
• Self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Results-driven with customer orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Operate Ziess machine and set up the machine.
• Make adjustments according to the layout and readouts.
• Use line gauges and interpret machine capability readings.
• Perform basic fault finding and assist with ad hoc production requests.
